Welcome to AAEE Queensland for 2012

Dear Members,

Great to have you back on board!!  Hope you are happy and refreshed and ready for an exciting and creative year.

You are invited to our first meeting for the year, to be held in Brisbane at the State Library of Queensland late February/early March, vote for your preferred date and time using the following link 
http://www.doodle.com/g5crnki3mgqc9gxs. We'll confirm the preferred time and provide room details to all when the poll closes next Saturday, 25h Feb.  We also propose to have a get together following the Env Ed Expo (below).  Let us know if you'll be there, and are interested in a drink together afterwards.


Of course, we are kicking off the year with the fantastic Environmental Education  Expo at Everton Park State High School:  Thursday 15th March, 12.15 - 4.45.   Themed on cross curriculum priorities:  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures; Asia and Australia's engagement with Asia; Sustainability. Key note addresses include a drama production on energy and a scientist speaking on climate change.
